Terms & Conditions — Mini Manager ERP

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Mini Manager ERP ("the app", "the service", "we", "our"). By registering for or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. The Service

Mini Manager ERP is a shop-management application that helps shop owners manage stock, sales, due (credit) ledgers, cash, staff, and reports. Features may be added, changed, or removed over time.

2. Your Account

• You must provide accurate information when registering.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account.
• You are responsible for any staff accounts you create and the actions taken through them.
• You must be legally able to run a business to use the service.

3. Subscription and Payment

• New shops receive a free trial period (currently 2 months). After the trial, continued use requires an active paid subscription.
• Subscription fees are shown in the app and are payable through the available payment methods (such as bKash).
• Access to paid features may be limited or suspended if a subscription is not active.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to gain unauthorized access, disrupting the service, uploading harmful content, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

5. Your Data

The business data you enter belongs to you. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter.

6. Availability

We work to keep the service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, updates, or factors beyond our control may cause temporary interruptions.

7. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data or profits arising from use of the service. You are encouraged to keep your own records.

8. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that remain unpaid after the trial or subscription period.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
