Mini Manager ERP ("we", "our", "the app") is a shop-management application for retail, grocery, and confectionery shop owners. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices. By using the app you agree to this policy.
Account information: your name, phone number, shop name, shop address, and business type, provided when you register.
Business data you enter: products, stock, sales records, customer names and due/credit records, cash records, suppliers, and staff accounts you create. This data belongs to you and is used to run your shop.
Camera: the app uses your device camera only to scan product barcodes. Camera images are processed on the device and are not stored or uploaded.
Diagnostics: if the app crashes, we collect anonymous crash and error information (via Firebase Crashlytics) to fix problems and improve stability.
Automatically collected: basic device and log information needed to operate and secure the service.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not show third-party advertisements.
We send a one-time password (OTP) by SMS to verify your phone number during registration or password reset. This is handled through an SMS delivery provider.
Subscription payments are processed through bKash. Payment is handled by the payment provider; we do not store your full payment credentials on our servers.
Your data is stored on secured cloud servers (MongoDB Atlas) and transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections. Passwords are stored in hashed form and are never stored in plain text. To support offline use, some of your data may be cached locally on your device and syncs when you reconnect.
We share information only with service providers who help us operate the app — cloud hosting, SMS delivery, payment processing (bKash), and crash diagnostics (Firebase) — and only as needed to provide the service, or when required by law. We do not sell your data.
Shop owners may create limited staff accounts. Staff can access only the shop features permitted to them (sales and stock). Owners are responsible for the staff accounts they create.
We keep your data while your account is active. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by contacting us at the details below. When you request deletion, we remove your personal data except where we must retain it to comply with legal obligations.
The app is intended for business owners and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
